The DevSecOps team is comprised of 5 members:
1) The leader/manager:
Is responsible for the overall direction of the DevSecOps team and is responsible for making sure the team is working together in a great way.
2) The core team
The core team is responsible for building everything from the ground up
3) The developers
The Developers are responsible for developing the applications that are going to be running on the servers.
4) The ops team
The ops team is responsible for all of the application’s operations and is responsible for making sure the team is working together in a great way.
5) The team lead
The team lead is responsible for the overall direction of the team. The team lead is the highest level of management on the team. His primary job is to make sure the team is working together in a great way and to make sure the team is able to make its decisions.
